Meet Our Staff:
Rupert (Artie) received his Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University in 1985 and received his certification in 1993. He is a member of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and AICPA Government Audit Quality Center. Artie has extensive experience in tax, local government, non-profit auditing according to Government Auditing Standards & Single Audit Standards, reveiws and compilations. He has been in public accounting for 20 years.

Pamela (Pam) received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree Magna Cum Laude majoring in Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University. She has extensive experience in corporate, partnership, non-profit and individual income tax return preparation, business start-ups, payroll and bookkeeping. Pam has been with the firm since 2005.

Deborah (Debbie) is a graduate from Marshal University in Huntington, WV with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Debbie received her CPA certificate in September of 2000. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants. She has extensive experience in local government and nonprofit auditing according to Government Auditing Standards & Single Audit Standards, reviews, compilations, payroll and bookkeeping. She has been in public accounting for 14 years. Debbie has been with the firm since July 1, 2014.
Debbie and her husband, Gary, live in Richmond, KY. Her son, JD Maynard, is an architect and lives with his family in Huntington, WV. Her son, Jeremy Maynard, is a medical assistant and lives with his family in Berea, KY.

Stuart Witt received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University. He has experience in payroll and bookkeeping and school activity fund auditing. Stuart has been with the firm since July 2015.
Keena retired from the Madison County Board of Education in 2008 where she worked in the district finance department. Since her retirement, she immediately joined us and has been responsible for all bookkeeping, payroll and compilation activities in our office.
